Mastering mindful living

mindfulness forest

To master the art of living in the present moment we need to focus on the only task that matters in the present according to our value-driven priorities. It requires discernment of the only action that matters in that moment, radical acceptance of what it entails, and willingness to live each moment without any residue from the past or concern about the future.
Seminar participants will learn how to overcome the prevailing syndrome of "time famine" and how to invest in what is important and yields lasting joy.
