The Eucharist and the family

The Eucharist introduces us into the life of the Trinity and becomes the source and bond of family unity. This seminar reflects upon the effects of the Eucharist in each one of us and in a family whose members receive it and lives what it signifies. There is a special focus on how to prepare children to receive their first communion and on how to transform the family into a place for evangelization. It is designed to enrich the religious education programs regarding this topic.

  • The effects of the Eucharist in us and in the body of Christ
  • How to live an "Eucharistic" lifestyle

Seminar details

John Yzaguirre, Ph.D. or Claire Frazier-Yzaguirre, MFT, M.Div. offers this seminar to adults who want to deepen their understanding and unity with Jesus in the Eucharist and grow this unity in their family. It lasts typically 2 hours but its length and content can be adapted to your church or retreat schedule.
